Missing Children

A: If a cop gets a missing person’s report for somebody that isn’t 17 yet, they get brought to the juvenile detention center. The age for this is 17 whether or not they’re from Texas. The cop should make sure to remember where they found them and how they found them.

B: If somebody is 17, no older or younger, they get brought to the person who is in charge of the kid. If their parent or someone like that can’t take them at the time, someone from the police department can watch them, but they shouldn’t go to the detention center.
