Abandoned Bicycles
A-B: Cops that get a call about an abandoned bicycle should check the neighborhood to find the owner. If they can’t find the owner, the cop should make sure the bike gets brought to the auto pound. From 8 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Friday, AVE can be told to move the bike. During other hours, cop vans or pickups can be used to move the bike. If neither of those can happen, the cop will have to use their patrol car trunk. If that doesn’t work somehow either, the cop will just say to wait until AVE is able to take it.
C: The cop that got the call for the bike in the first place needs to fill out reports for it. Anything else related that comes after should be added to it too.
