ABOUT ROCIO MARTINEZ

Rocio Martinez grew up in Fort Worth, Texas. She attended Worth Heights Elementary School, Daggett Montessori, and Paschal High School. She then enrolled at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois where she studied Political Science, Spanish and Psychology. Rocio attended law school at the University of Texas School of Law in Austin, Texas. There she participated in the Immigration and Criminal Defense Clinics. Her passion for helping the immigrant community was nurtured by the excellent guidance of the law professors in the Immigration clinical program. As a law student, Rocio interned for the Law Office of Francisco Hernandez. Since graduating from law school she has moved back to Fort Worth and is now an attorney and a member of the team here at our offices.

Rocio works on both affirmative Immigration cases with United States Citizen and Immigration Services, as well as defensive immigration cases with the Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review, in Dallas, Texas.

When she is not passionately advocating for our clients, she enjoys playing Trivia with her friends, reading books about true crime, hiking and playing racquetball.
