Witnesses

If there are any witnesses to a crime, the need to stay at the scene until somebody is able to interview them from the police. They can also choose to make their statement at the police station instead of the actual scene if they want though.

If the witness is under 18, they need to have their parents called first the cop that interviews the witness needs to make sure they get down the witnesses name, age, address, phone number, and a short story of what happened, and where they were when it happened. Witnesses should be interviewed separately.
